dudes & dudettes,

i have a job now. things are way serious in the m-f 9-5 world. my co-workers don't think very much of me, but really - who does? it's only been 4 days, but i'm already pretty sure i have cancer - because thats the research i'm researching all day. oh and by research, i mean alphabetizing. did any of that make sense? probably not, but maybe it will in the coming weeks once i start to complain a whole lot more.

dude, i'd be divorced by 33 and have to go out and find work anyway... and i'd probably be tethered to a couple of kids too. whatever whatever. worst nightmarezz

i'm working for a research foundation on a project with the worker's health protection program. i'm technically helping to assemble the research which ends in feb. then starting up another project on WTC workers. it's a lot more on the clerical end.

Where are you working? Sounds cancery. I'm sorry we didn't get to hang out a few weeks ago, stuff got a little hectic, GRE stuff and such, I'm taking it over in October because I'm a huge neurotic nerd. I'm overly stressing about Ph.D programs and how I won't get into any cause I suck, blah, blah, blah...

I don't know dude I've heard horror stories from some of the folks I go to school with about getting into Ph.d programs, one kid only got into one school out of like twelve and he was by no means a moron. Were you as neurotic about Stonybrook? I've been so stressed out about this, like I need to have a Plan B or something. Anyway yeah we we'll definetly hang out, I'm going to Vegas on Thursaday and will be back the following Monday, so we'll make plans then...
